Euphorbia obesa looks like a small ball and has no spines. Its curious shape makes it perfect for indoor décor.
It is commonly known as the “baseball plant” because of its shape. It measures between 6 and 15 cm in diameter depending on its age. Young plants are spherical but become more cylindrical as they grow. Like cacti, it stores water inside its body, covering its moisture needs during dry spells.
It has 8 ribs decorated with tiny dots, running from the top down to the soil. The beauty of this succulent lies in the different shades visible on its surface.
These shades range from brown and green to red. Exposure to the sun can change these tones, sometimes towards purple. Although it produces flowers at the top, they are very small and inconspicuous.
Plant height: 9 cm
Pot diameter: 6.5 cm
