The Spiny Pincushion Cactus: Mammillaria Spinosissima "Un Pico Cristata"
Meet Mammillaria spinosissima "Un Pico Cristata":
Mammillaria spinosissima "Un Pico Cristata", also known as the spiny pincushion cactus, is a beautiful plant from central and southern Mexico. It is small, usually just 5-10 cm in diameter. Its rounded shape and the white spines that cover it all over give it a unique charm.
An easy-care plant:
If you're looking for an indoor plant that needs little care, Mammillaria spinosissima is an ideal choice. Just give it well-draining soil and plenty of sunlight to thrive. Its drought tolerance makes it ideal for anyone who tends to forget to water. It does, however, need occasional watering in the summer months.
A variety with special beauty:
The "Un Pico" variety of Mammillaria spinosissima stands out thanks to a unique feature: a single central spine on each areole. This spine, usually longer and thicker than the others, gives the plant a special charm and makes it even more attractive to cactus lovers.
Plant height: 12 cm
Pot diameter: 10.5 cm
Growing and care instructions for the Mammillaria spinosissima "Un Pico Cristata" cactus are included with every purchase.
