One of our favourite varieties. Gardener's Delight is an old tomato variety from Germany and a firm favourite with home growers, and it's also often found in supermarkets, as it has the intense flavour that most tomatoes used to have.
This variety truly is a gardener's delight, as it copes with many soil types and tomato pests. It grows and ripens quickly, in 55–70 days, producing an abundance of small red cherry tomatoes of about 25 g. It's an indeterminate (cordon) variety that needs support, and can easily be grown in the field, the garden or the greenhouse.
Gardener's Delight tomato germination instructions are included.
