Alle Tomatensorten lassen sich leicht ziehen und schmecken am besten, wenn sie in der Sonne wachsen. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sorten, etwa Cherrytomaten, alte Landsorten und riesige Fleischtomaten \u2013 jede mit eigener Fruchtform, eigenem Geschmack und eigener Verwendung in der K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So bauen Sie Tomaten zu Hause an:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Tomatenernte brauchen Sie n\u00e4hrstoffreichen, fruchtbaren Boden oder torffreie K\u00fcbelpflanzenerde und einen sonnigen, gesch\u00fctzten Platz. Gie\u00dfen Sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig und d\u00fcngen Sie w\u00f6chentlich mit einem kaliumreichen D\u00fcnger, sobald die Pflanzen zu bl\u00fchen beginnen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tomatensorten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tomaten werden in zwei Hauptgruppen eingeteilt: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buschtomaten (determinierte Sorten), die nicht ausgegeizt werden m\u00fcssen, da sie ihr Wachstum von selbst begrenzen und buschig wachsen.<\/li>\n<li>Stabtomaten bzw. halbhohe Sorten (indeterminiert), die in die H\u00f6he wachsen und eine St\u00fctze brauchen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Buschtomaten werden meist in T\u00f6pfe oder H\u00e4ngeampeln gepflanzt, wobei ihre Triebe \u00fcber den Rand h\u00e4ngen. Stabtomaten werden in die H\u00f6he gezogen und an einem Stab oder Pfahl befestigt.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie Stabtomaten anbauen, brauchen Sie einen Stab, etwa aus Bambus, um die Pflanze zu st\u00fctzen, und m\u00fcssen die Seitentriebe ausgeizen, damit die Pflanze an einem Haupttrieb tr\u00e4gt. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Einsteiger sind Cocktail- oder Buschtomaten eine gute Wahl, da sie weniger Schnitt brauchen.<\/p>\n<p>In unserem Shop finden Sie eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an Tomatensorten. <a href=\"https:\/\/flowerstore.gr\/de\/tomatensamen\/\">Hier klicken und alle Sorten ansehen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tomaten gibt es auch als Jungpflanzen zu kaufen \u2013 wenn Sie aber au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Sorten probieren m\u00f6chten, lohnt es sich, Tomaten aus Samen zu ziehen.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4en Sie von Ende Februar bis Anfang April. S\u00e4en Sie die Samen in 7,5-cm-T\u00f6pfe mit feuchter, torffreier Anzuchterde, bedecken Sie sie mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht Vermiculit, gie\u00dfen Sie an und decken Sie die T\u00f6pfe mit Folie ab. Stellen Sie sie auf eine warme, helle Fensterbank oder in ein Zimmergew\u00e4chshaus.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die Samen gekeimt sind, entfernen Sie die Folie (bzw. nehmen Sie sie aus dem Zimmergew\u00e4chshaus) und halten Sie die Erde feucht. Pikieren Sie die S\u00e4mlinge bei etwa 2\u20133 cm Gr\u00f6\u00dfe in 5-cm-T\u00f6pfe und versorgen Sie sie sp\u00e4ter mit fl\u00fcssigem organischem Tomatend\u00fcnger <a href=\"https:\/\/flowerstore.gr\/de\/erden-duenger\/fytopan-organischer-fluessigduenger-gemuese-obst-300-ml\/\">(hier ansehen)<\/a>. Ziehen Sie sie im Topf weiter, solange es n\u00f6tig ist, und binden Sie die St\u00e4ngel mit weicher Schnur an einen d\u00fcnnen Stab.<\/p>\n<p>Stellen Sie Ihre Tomaten nach den letzten Fr\u00f6sten ins Freie \u2013 in Mitteleuropa meist nach den Eisheiligen Mitte Mai. Wenn Sie Tomaten im Gew\u00e4chshaus ziehen, pflanzen Sie Basilikum dazu \u2013 es gedeiht unter denselben Bedingungen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tomaten im Gew\u00e4chshaus<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Der Anbau im Gew\u00e4chshaus \u00e4hnelt dem im Freien, nur ist die Saison l\u00e4nger. Sch\u00fctzen Sie die Pflanzen vor zu gro\u00dfer Hitze, die harte Schalen, Reifeflecken und \u2013 wenn Sie das regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Gie\u00dfen vergessen \u2013 Bl\u00fctenendf\u00e4ule verursachen kann. Bringen Sie dazu Rollos an, verwenden Sie Schattierfarbe oder h\u00e4ngen Sie ein Schattiernetz auf.<\/p>\n<h3>Pflege von Stab- und Buschtomaten<\/h3>\n<p>Hochwachsende Stabtomaten m\u00fcssen ausgegeizt und mit weicher Schnur an St\u00e4ben aufgebunden werden. Sobald sich die ersten kleinen Fr\u00fcchte zeigen, entfernen Sie die Bl\u00e4tter darunter, damit Licht und Luft besser an die Fr\u00fcchte kommen. Haben sich vier Fruchtst\u00e4nde gebildet (im Freiland; im Gew\u00e4chshaus mehr), kappen Sie die Triebspitze.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald sich Bl\u00fcten zeigen, d\u00fcngen Sie die Pflanzen w\u00f6chentlich mit fl\u00fcssigem Tomatend\u00fcnger, <u><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/flowerstore.gr\/de\/erden-duenger\/organisches-calcium-magnesium-tomaten-paprika-500-g\/\">hier ansehen<\/a><\/strong><\/u>. Gie\u00dfen Sie Tomaten gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig, denn unregelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Gie\u00dfen f\u00fchrt zu aufplatzenden Fr\u00fcchten oder harten, schwarzen Flecken, der sogenannten Bl\u00fctenendf\u00e4ule. Sie entsteht durch Calciummangel in der Frucht, da Calcium mit dem Wasser aufgenommen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Buschtomaten mit ihrem kompakten Wuchs k\u00f6nnen Sie mehr oder weniger einfach wachsen lassen. Sind die Fr\u00fcchte unter den Bl\u00e4ttern versteckt, lichten Sie das Laub etwas aus, damit die Sonne sie reifen l\u00e4sst. St\u00fctzen Sie schwere Fruchtst\u00e4nde z. B. mit umgedrehten T\u00f6pfen, damit die Stiele nicht abknicken.<\/p>\n<h4>Tomaten ernten<\/h4>\n<p>Lassen Sie alle Tomaten an der Pflanze ausreifen \u2013 das verbessert den Geschmack erheblich. Gegen Saisonende entfernen Sie \u00e4ltere Bl\u00e4tter, damit mehr Licht hereinkommt und Grauschimmel vorgebeugt wird. Wird es kalt, ernten Sie die Fruchtst\u00e4nde und lassen Sie sie im Haus nachreifen.<\/p>\n<h4>Tomaten lagern<\/h4>\n<p>Tomaten schmecken am besten direkt vom Strauch, wenn sie noch sonnenwarm sind. Einfrieren vertragen sie schlecht, aber bei Zimmertemperatur halten sie sich etwa eine Woche.
